Have you read any of them?

Need something good to read?

So I just finished reading The Forest of Hands and Teeth - and I'm almost finished with the second book in that series, The Dead-Tossed Waves - both by Carrie Ryan.

Carrie has a very interesting imagination - and her writing is pretty incredible!  I flew through both books in just a couple of days.

If you're looking for something great to read - something post apocalyptic and with a few zombies thrown in - this series is for you!

FYI - according to Carrie's website:

3rd book in The Forest of Hands and Teeth series

Coming in Spring 2011

Oh please let me find other great books to read, until then...

50 Iconic Writers Who Were Repeatedly Rejected

See?  Everyone starts somewhere.  I wonder what those that rejected any of the 50 included on this list, are doing now (aside from continuing to kick themselves).  J.K. Rowling?  Stephen King?  Dr. Seuss?

Wow.
